First, the lack of proper disabled access to the Casino is unacceptable! The ramp is way too steep, which left me struggling with my wheelchair. The chaotic noise from children screaming by the pool. To top it off, the room initially assigned to us smelled like stale tobacco, despite requesting a non-smoking room.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Staff all helpful and friendly. Hotel of an excellent standard for the cost. Plenty facilities. I must give a special mention to the female receptionist who was extremely efficient and helpful.

Superb and reasonable breakfast to start the day with reasonably priced cocktails and vegetarian food. Particularly good and perfect location for exploring Kyrenia, accommodating staff from the Management down. Good restaurant not very far from the hotel.
Somewhat dated room.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, everything comfortable. The room includes a kitchenett with an electric kettle and a fridge. From our own balcony we had a nice view of the mountain range. The hotel is resortlike, offering a spacious garden with two pools and a lounge area. Towels for your sunbath are offered free of charge. There is also a gym somewhere (we were not interested in this). The hotel is easy to reach by car and has its own parking area. The breakfast offered plenty of everything you need whether you are interested in continental, English, or Turkish breakfast, and varied a little everyday. One day they offered fresh crepe, the next day grilled salami. The staff is very attentive and not too intrusive.
They offer free Wlan in the reception area only and even there the connection is not the best. Look for the others with their computers and smartphones - that is the spot you need to go to for good internet access.

All very professional, tidy and clean. Winter last minute price is just super. Great breakfast.
Very professional, clean and tidy. Great for pensioners travelling in groups. As a backpacker it was a nice change for one night.

Just back from a cracking week! Room was braw, spacious and clean, and the staff were pure dead brilliant. Had a right good laugh with Osman at the bar! One wee downside was the noise from the main road, but it didn’t spoil my stay.

The location was perfect and handy: a local market and local markets where within walking distance. The pool was clean and I had carbonated drinks in the beach bar.

Special family-friendly property with very helpful staff from the Management down. Excellent location next to restaurants and bars. Local restaurants and bars in walking distance.
There was no balcony.

The pool area was a beautiful escape, with fine
Landscaping and comfortable seating. I appreciated the relaxing vibes, but I did wish for a bit more variety in the drink options at the pool bar.

This hotel was booked for a weekend break, whilst we visited the Northern side of Cyprus. The hotel was spotlessly clean as were the bedrooms. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel, in some cases they went out of their way to help. The grounds of the hotel were well laid out and the gardens were well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel (and the mountain views are unbelievable!)
I believe that there perhaps should have been more literature available regarding the local area, I.E. where the harbour is, how to get to the beaches etc. There were very few signposts in the area so the receptionist was being asked how to get to etc.

The location turned out to be ideal and exceptionally nice, just next door to the Pia Bella for peace and harbour, restaurants and Kyrenia town. It also was on local mini buses.
The bed was very uncomfortable.

The garden area was lovely, with well-kept trees that added a relaxing vibe . We loved the varied breakfast options, and the entertainment during the evenings was an enjoyable highlight we shared with our friends.
In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness of the communal areas could use improvement.
